DESCRIPTION:Expression Through Freedom: Trans+ Sober Realities – free art exhibition\n‘Expression Through Freedom : Trans+ Sober Realities’ is dedicated to exploring and celebrating the journeys of sobriety within the trans+ community. By sharing our stories\, we hope to raise awareness of drug and alcohol use within our community and how it affects our lives experience. \nThe exhibition is presented by @transsober\, a local community initiative set up to support Trans+ people with their substance use experiences. Finding a space that you feel comfortable and safe when you’re trans or non-binary is difficult enough but it is especially hard when it comes to peer support groups. \nTransSober was created to fill this gap and ensure the TNBI community gain the peer support they need around drug and alcohol use.\nWithin this shared space you will encounter powerful narratives from trans+ individuals. Stories are a testament to resilience\, courage and the transformative power of support and self care. \nIf you can’t make it down in person\, you can support us by buying our T-shirt or heading straight to the @transsober website to read more about how to get involved. \nThe artists are all incredible and their work is available to see in person until August 19th at the Ledward Centre in Brighton\, UK 🏳️‍⚧️🌱 \n@transsoberexhibition \n   \nShare this:

DESCRIPTION:Bella from Stanmer Garden Sauna will be hosting to help you ground after all the festivities and protest.\n\nWe are opening our doors on Sunday for a celebratory session.  Tickets must be booked and cost £5 per session.\n\nThese sessions are open to Trans people and their allies only.\nThere will be tea and soup and treatments and lots and lots of love.
