DESCRIPTION:Sober Social\nTransSober Next FREE sober social well-being\, event Wednesday 16th August trip to Stanmer Park\, well-being pond. \nWe will meet at The Ledward Center 1pm. Around 1:20 pm\, we will get the bus up to Stanmer Park. We will walk from the bus stop to the well-being garden pond (please be aware this is around a 20 minute walk with an uneven surface). We have booked out sole use of the well-being pond area where we will chill out. Have some snacks\, enjoy nature you can do whatever you wish in chat\, sit quietly\, drawing\, pond dipping with nets and ￼jam jars etc. We have the pond booked for 2 1/2 hours so you’re more than welcome. Just join us at the pond or leave it any time. \nThis is a completely FREE event all bus tickets will be paid for via TransSober funding. No booking required\, just turn up! \nVenue: The Queery Cafe\, Brighton. The amazing team at Pathways to Health have been delivering low cost ear acupuncture for over 17 years. \nPathways to Health is a charity that has been running low-cost ear acupuncture clinics in Brighton and Hove since 1997. Ear acupuncture comes from a system of traditional Chinese medicine. It is extremely effective and can be used alone or alongside other therapeutic interventions. Individuals find they benefit from regular attendance\, and report feeling less stressed and anxious and note improvements in their energy and mood\, better sleep patterns and a more positive sense of well-being. Many people successfully use ear acupuncture to give up or reduce their use of drugs\, alcohol or tobacco and to manage the cravings associated with their withdrawal. \nShare this:

DESCRIPTION:Kumar is hosting another TransSober Protest T-shirt and banner making free workshop. \nOpen to all form the TNBI community who would like some sober arty fun at The Ledward art gallery last Sunday of the month starting 26th February 2-5pm make your own or if you living drug and alcohol free be part on making the TransSober community banner. This is a free event\, all equipment is supplied\, or you can bring your own.
