These are volunteer-led groups facilitated by volunteers from the trans and non-binary community, all of whom have a range of lived-experience of drug and/ or alcohol use and its associated problems, but are now living drug and alcohol-free.
The purpose of the group is to provide an informal, online weekly support opportunity that attendees can build into their routine: a place where trans and non-binary people can come together in a safe, non-judgmental space. We support each other through sharing experiences of all aspects of life, whether that be directly around your drug and/or alcohol use, or simply everyday life.
This is a drop-in, so people can come and go as they please. Some people choose to share, whilst others prefer just to listen.
Please help support TransSober community peer support for Trans and Non Binary people around drugs and alcohol. We are a non-profit organisation and rely on subsidies and donations to continue supporting our community.
Thank you for your generosity!
