Hello, my name is Ehrlich, and I practice yoga, reiki, and sound healing. I use Tibetan singing bowls for sound bath sessions. Sound bath is a practice that uses sound vibration to promote healing by cleansing the energy of the body. The participant is expected to lay still in a comfortable position while the singing bowls are played. It may be expected that a sense of calm and relaxation will be felt after the practice.
