🎄 TransSober Drug & Alcohol-Free Community Christmas Dinner – Year 3! 🎄

We’re thrilled to welcome you back for the third annual TransSober Drug & Alcohol-Free Christmas Dinner – a festive, inclusive celebration for everyone in our community Trans + gender queer community 📅

Date:Sunday, December 14th
Location: The Community Kitchen Brighton
Cost: Free (donations welcome)Join us for a celebration filled with delicious food, joyful company, and festive cheer – all in a warm, drug and alcohol-free environment.  There are two ways to take part:

1. You’re welcome to help us cook and prepare the meal, then join in the dining and celebrations.
2. or you can simply come along to enjoy the festive meal and good company.

Please note: You only need one ticket—either a free ticket or a donation ticket. You do not need both.
If you’re coming to help cook and prepare the meal, please arrive from 10:15 AM.
If you’re just coming to enjoy the meal, you’re welcome to arrive from 1:00 PM.
We aim to start eating around 1:30 PM.

What to Expect:

• A full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings
• Options for meat, vegan, and gluten-free diets
• Laughter, connection, and community spirit
• A safe and welcoming space for all Trans + Gender Queers

This event is open to anyone from the trans+ gender queer community, as we know how difficult it can be to find festive events that are drug and alcohol-free. TransSober is all about coming together, and creating joyful sober memories in a space that supports wellness and belonging.

Important Notes:

• While the event is free, donations are appreciated to help us continue offering these events.
• This event has previously been fully booked with a waiting list, so it’s vitally important that you let us know if you’re unable to attend. We want to avoid wasting food and ensure everyone who wants to join has the chance.
• Please only book a ticket if you’re sure you can attend. If your plans change, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else. Every seat matters, especially when food is being prepared!
• TransSober events are run entirely by volunteers, and your consideration helps us make the most of our resources.
